I ordered Cold Brew Coffee with Cream and no Foam and received a coffee with no Cream. When ordering Cold Brew Coffee through Doordash, there's this option for Foam. But instead of having two options: foam OR no foam. The options are: Foam OR no Because of this, if I want Cream and select cream with no foam, the order reads out as : No, Cream Instead of something like: No Foam, Yes Cream Because of this, I just know when the order reaches the people working there that someone reads that and thinks, "Ah they don't want cream or foam." NO!!! I DON'T WANT FOAM BUT I DOOOOOO WANT CREAM. CHANGE THE DOORDASH OPTIONS TO DISTINGUISH EACH CHOICE INSTEAD OF HAVING NO AS AN OPTION. People are dumb, and will read the order as wanting no cream when I WANT THE CREAM GIMME THE CREAM GIMME THAT CREAM IN MY COFFEE IF YOU SEE AN ORDER THAT SAYS: no, cream That person wants CREAM!!!!! And doesn't want Foam. Thank you

The service is ridiculous. I guess you need to order on the app to get prompt service. Wasn't just us - staff chatting amongst themselves and each person stood around without being acknowledged. I was surprised my order was right. Bagels are good but the service sucked. Tables were all dirty as well.

I planned an outing with a group of people to learn what is expected of you if they were employed at Einstein’s. Michelle was amazing. She had everything ready when we arrived and guided us on the proper way to build a sandwich. We even got see the back where the bagels are made. Everyone had a great time and awesome learning by experience. Thanks so much for allowing us to come in and learn and for being an awesome teacher!

I’ve gone to this Einsteins for quite sometime. The service and food have always been top tier! An employee who stood out to me, Andrew, is always so kind and welcoming! He loves to talk to others and makes you feel like you aren’t just at some regular bagel shop, he makes it feel like home :).

I love this place because they’re open early! I usually stop by before 6am and get some grub. The employees are always very nice and the place is always tidy. I usually get the same thing every morning. Turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel. It’s a classic and very delicious! Im not a big coffee drinker but I ended up getting the hazelnut vanilla coffee and it’s good as well if you’re into coffee! I don’t ever make it for lunch but I have had their pizza bagel and it’s so good! There is plenty of parking until the restaurant next door opens up. Usually it gets so busy they take up all the spots and I have to park kind of far. If you order through DoorDash you can’t make modifications but if you order a bagel with cream cheese and want the cream cheese on the side, just call them and they make a note. My cream cheese was on the side as promised.😊 Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already!
